Manager - Sean McAndrew
I have been a football coach for nearly 12 years know starting with my eldest son who currently plays for AFC Lightning U16s. They have tasted a mixture of successes one player even signing for a professional club. Great pay back for all those hours coaching. I have to say I am really enjoying my managing/coaching of our U13s where my youngest son plays. I have an extremely talented squad of players to work with who I have to say train and play the game well above their years. In time I'm convinced this squad of players will enjoy being part of a winning team and the silverware that comes with it.
I am FA-qualified, First Aider, numerous sports workshops, Club 4 All Life, Force Fitness for Kids Club.

Coaches - Mal Hart, Nick Warner & Gary Williams
I am delighted to have on board Gary, Nick and Mal, who between them hold a wealth of football knowledge from which the players can only benefit.
As a team we are dedicated and committed. And we definitely work hard at training all ready to put into practice for match days where we have had some great results so far. We try to play good open passing football using the many different talents that we have within our squad. In return we are in the Red league.

Training
We train every Saturday morning (and throughout the summer) at Lightning Park from 10am sharp until 11.30.
Please make sure all players come to training fully prepared with the following items, labelled where appropriate:
- boots (or trainers in summer) & shin pads
- astroturf trainers
- water bottle
- jacket, hat & gloves all in a bag (depending on the weather)
- a big smile!
Training starts on September 8th.
