Directions
AFC Lightning currently use three home grounds on match days:
1) U6s to U13s and U16 Girls play at The Misbourne School, London Road, Great Missenden, HP16 0BN.
As well as the spacious training areas, the Misbourne School has access to 2 mini-soccer pitches and 3 full-sized pitches.
We are delighted with these fantastic facilities in such a beautiful setting and have been made to feel very welcome. Our plans include the development of strong links between the club and school. Please enter through the gate at the rear entrance in order to minimise traffic in the residential area. The rear entrance is accessible from the London Road (there is a 'No Entry' sign on the left), opposite the grounds of Missenden Abbey. We have access to car parking for up to 100 cars, but please park perpendicular to the access road in order to make full use of the space available. May we also politely ask you to refrain from bringing dogs onto the school grounds and to have due respect for the school's property.
2) U14s & U15s play at Lightning Park (next to the White Lion pub), Cryers Hill Road, Cryers Hill, HP15 6JP.
Lightning Park Cryers Hill is situated next to the White Lion pub with a full size pitch and training area. Again, may we ask you not to bring dogs on to the ground. The use of the pub and its toilets are on the understanding that NO BOOTS be worn inside and full respect is given to the STAFF and CUSTOMERS at all times. Parking will be directed on the day and use of the car park is only permitted outside of opening times. However, off street parking is also available.
3) U18s play at Magnolia Park Sports & Social Club, Valley Road, Hughenden Valley, High Wycombe, HP14 4LA.
The club is situated in the beauiful surroundings of Hughenden Park, a mile North of High Wycombe town centre.
